Muddyland Return and Refund Policy

At Muddyland, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help! Please read our return and refund policy below for all the details.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Unopened Products: You may return unopened Mud Magnet packages within 30 days of your order date for a full refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we'll provide a replacement or refund.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning your product, please email our customer service team at support@muddyland.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a printable return label. You will be responsible for the shipping costs ($9 will be deducted from your refund) unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

Refunds

1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
2. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are responsible by the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping ($9 flat rate) will be deducted from your refund if not covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any opened or used Mud Magnet packages.
• Orders placed over 30 days.
  

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
